A company operating in the field of fuel station equipment, technical services, and implementation of solutions is currently seeking an Assistant for Safety and Processes to join our team.
This position aims to provide support in document management, internal processes, occupational safety, and organization of technical, administrative, and operational information required by the company for projects, audits, homologations, and internal processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the preparation, review, and organization of technical, administrative, and safety documentation.
Organize and keep internal procedures, instructions, templates, and records up to date.
Support document management for Occupational Health and Safety.
Collect information from various departments to compile files, reports, and internal documents.
Maintain company documentation in order for reviews, audits, homologations, and corporate processes.
Support the preparation of matrices, controls, evidence, and follow-up reports.
Verify that documents are complete, up to date, and properly archived.
Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Sales, and Management departments to gather necessary information.
Support the improvement and standardization of administrative and operational processes.
Monitor compliance with internal processes.
Perform other duties related to this position.
Requirements:
Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Process Management, or related fields.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative, documentation, process, safety, or similar roles.
Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Strong writing skills and ability to prepare documents, templates, and reports.
Organized, responsible, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Good communication and coordination skills across different departments.
Availability to work on-site.

Working Conditions:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- Saturdays: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Work Mode: On-site.
Work Location: Surquillo.
