Position Summary: We are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to manage and administer e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, coordinate with internal departments, and support process optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and administer e-commerce platforms and marketplaces 2. Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse 3. Support process optimization and continuous improvement E-Commerce Assistant / Fashion Industry What Are We Looking For? \- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce-related roles. \- Prior experience managing e-commerce platforms and/or accounts (e.g., Falabella Seller, Ripley, or similar). \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \- Shopify proficiency (mandatory). Responsibilities: \- Daily management and administration of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, ensuring accurate updates of prices, inventory, product listings, and availability. \- Daily operations management of marketplace platforms such as Falabella and other e-commerce channels. \- Support and coordination with Customer Service, Warehouse, and internal teams to ensure operational continuity and a seamless customer shopping experience. \- Prepare basic operational reports for channel performance analysis. \- Support ongoing process optimization and continuous improvement of customer experience. \- Provide direct support to the department head in executing, tracking, and completing e-commerce channel tasks and initiatives.
