Position Summary: A 5-star hotel seeks a graduate in Hospitality and Tourism for guest assistance, message handling, and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. A 5-star hotel group seeks to include a Hospitality and Tourism graduate in its staff: * Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position * Advanced English * Preferably proficient in the Opera system * Availability for rotating shifts ***Responsibilities:*** * Distribute messages within the hotel premises. * Ensure guests receive their messages by leaving them in rooms according to established protocols. * Accompany and assist guests with their luggage until they are settled in their rooms, and provide information on all services available during their stay. * Support Business Center and Executive Lounge operations as required by management. * Assist guests with restaurant or city tour reservations. * Arrange transportation bookings in coordination with the limousine service, according to guest requests, ensuring timely service delivery. * Post daily event information in elevators. * Organize and file all registration cards. * Maintain order in the storage area where guests' luggage is temporarily stored. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. ***Benefits:*** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory benefits. * Point-based compensation. * Meal allowance.
