Job Summary: We are seeking a Donation Collection Driver to perform daily donation collection routes, ensuring efficient and safe transportation, and supporting the operational team. Supports the operational team in assigned tasks We are looking for a Donation Collection Driver responsible for carrying out daily donation collection routes from households and businesses within Metropolitan Lima, as well as supporting the operational team during the workday. **Job Objective:** To ensure efficient and safe transportation during the collection route, comply with established procedures, and support the operations team in assigned tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the daily route with collection operators according to the coordinator's instructions. * Keep the supervisor informed of any issues arising during the route or collection process. * Verify that the truck is in optimal condition before and during the workday. * Supervise that operators comply with established work standards. * Assist with store organization at the start and end of the workday. * Coordinate and monitor vehicle maintenance. * Verify that insurance, SOAT, and technical inspection are valid and up to date. * Report any vehicle defects encountered during the route. * Sort and organize donations collected during the route. * Maintain cleanliness of the truck and assist with unloading at the warehouse. * Ensure company property is properly labeled; if not, report it to the relevant assistant. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Overtime pay. * SCTR insurance. * 15 days of vacation after one year of service.
