Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Inspect and approve drilling equipment and accessories stored at the Contractor’s warehouses to ensure suitability prior to mobilization. * Supervise geotechnical drilling activities and pressure water tests, ensuring compliance with technical standards. * Coordinate confirmation and core recovery drilling activities. * Supervise geotechnical drilling with core recovery and pressure water tests. * Supervise rotary-percussive drilling, including work sequence and pressure water tests in primary, secondary, and higher-order boreholes. * Supervise confirmation drilling with core recovery and permeability tests to verify closure criteria. * Interpret geological and hydrogeological data using surface geological mapping and geotechnical drilling logs. * Issue detailed technical reports on performed drilling and injection activities. * Validate decisions related to the execution of higher-order drilling based on obtained results. * Document and ensure traceability of all supervised activities. * Verify drill locations with support from ANTAMINA’s Topographic Assurance and approve topographic layout protocols. * Approve drill orientation tests and perform geological/geotechnical logging and verification of drillings. * Supervise proper execution of drilling, ensuring adherence to technical criteria and designer recommendations. * Prepare reports and carry out additional tasks assigned by ANTAMINA, within the scope and allotted service hours. * Verify production dates and quality of cement and additive batches, approving corresponding certificates. * Support the management of RFIs and IDTs related to designs or Technical Specifications of the project. * Generate and submit tracking and control documents for deviations, such as Surveillance Reports and Non-Conformance Reports (SVRs and NCRs), to the contractor or project executor. Additionally, monitor and follow up on these reports until their respective closure. * Review and validate project component approval protocols conducted by the Quality Control department. * Issue reports containing findings and recommendations to identify and resolve critical issues that may affect design and construction. * Coordinate daily activities with Construction Quality Control (CQC) supervision. * Coordinate scheduled daily CQC activities with the contractor prior to the start of each workday or shift. * Keep the Senior Injection Supervisor informed about material status, compliance with technical specifications, and progress of supervision processes. * Audit applicable field and laboratory procedures according to the CQC plan. * Audit applicable field and laboratory procedures according to the CQA plan. * Track documentation generated from audits and inspections conducted on the project executor. * Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports, along with relevant information required for preparing weekly reports and contractual monthly reports for the CQA Service. * Be responsible for verifying updates to technically generated and approved information, as per the change management system, to fulfill assigned roles and responsibilities. * Ensure compliance with approved changes according to the change management system. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Geological Engineering and/or related fields. * Intermediate level of English proficiency. * Minimum of 7 years’ general experience in the mining sector and/or mining consultancy. \#Peru \#LI\-GV1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 6**Job Posting** Jul 21, 2026, 12:53:09 PM
