Job Summary: We are seeking a Delivery Assistant to support loading, unloading, and delivery of goods, ensuring product verification and maintaining order within the transport unit. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with loading and unloading of goods and verification of product condition. 2. Accompaniment on delivery routes and support in customer deliveries. 3. Collaboration in return collection and vehicle maintenance. **Job Requirements** * Must be over 18 years of age. * Minimum experience of 2 **months to 1 year** as a delivery assistant, distribution helper, warehouse assistant, or similar roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of handling waybills, invoices, and dispatch documents. * Familiarity with basic safety standards for loading, unloading, and handling goods. * Good physical condition to perform loading and unloading tasks. * Availability to work in warehouses and conduct delivery routes. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts or overtime as required by operations. * Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain clear communication with drivers and warehouse staff. * Service-oriented attitude and courteous interaction with customers. * Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Local route and delivery zone knowledge is preferred. * No criminal or disciplinary records that would prevent performing distribution duties per company policy. **Delivery Assistant Responsibilities** * Assist in loading and unloading goods, verifying product condition before and after transportation. * Accompany the driver during delivery routes, supporting order delivery to customers. * Verify that delivered goods match waybills, invoices, or other dispatch documents. * Collect and safeguard customer signatures, stamps, or delivery confirmation receipts. * Maintain order and proper cargo distribution inside the transport unit to prevent damage during transit. * Immediately report any incidents occurring during delivery, such as damaged or missing items, returns, or delays. * Collaborate in collecting returns, reusable packaging, or other materials per company policy. * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and order jointly with the driver. **Job Benefits** All benefits as mandated by law (CTS, bonuses, vacation, family allowance) \*Availability from Monday to Saturday Daily Salary: S/.50\.00 Workplace: On-site employment
