We are currently seeking a highly competent professional to fill the position of Dispatch Quality Auditor. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Validate that picking matches the order registered in the system. * Generate a daily audit report with the percentage of packages reviewed. * Propose improvements to picking and packaging processes. * Implement additional controls based on recurring error patterns. * Prepare a weekly report on errors and rework. * Maintain a digital audit history. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Warehouse / Dispatch. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of e\-commerce. * Attention to detail. **WE OFFER:** * Join a leading company in its sector, with an excellent working environment. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills. * Corporate benefits.
