Positive work environment Pioneers and leaders in warehouse development and leasing are currently seeking an **ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN** for general maintenance duties at **WAREHOUSES LOCATED IN LURIN** (KM 40\). We seek individuals who are committed to work, responsible, and eager for job stability. **IF YOU LACK EXPERIENCE, WE WILL TRAIN YOU.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in laying, organizing, and routing cables (UTP, coaxial, power) for camera systems and other electrical installations within the control center. * Support the installation of cameras, racks, DVR/NVRs, electrical panels, lighting fixtures, and other necessary equipment on-site. * Collaborate on power connections, grounding, backup systems (UPS), and general electrical circuits while adhering to safety standards. * Conduct inspections, cleaning, connection adjustments, replacement of basic components, and assist in detecting and resolving faults in both camera systems and other electrical areas. * Perform duties related to the position. **Requirements:** * Completion of courses and/or basic knowledge in electricity or willingness to learn. * Basic tool handling skills (drill, screwdrivers, etc.). * Responsibility, punctuality, and readiness for fieldwork. * Minimum 3 months of experience in maintenance, installation, or related positions. * AVAILABILITY to work rotating 12-hour shifts from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (overtime is paid). * Ability to perform operational tasks. **Employment Conditions:** * Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment. * Base salary: S/ 1,305\.00 Soles. * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. * **Approximate gross monthly income: S/ 2,119 Soles.** * Job stability and potential for long-term employment **Additional Benefits:** * 100% covered lunch. * Positive work environment.
