




Position Summary: We are seeking an Environmental or Industrial Engineer to plan, direct, monitor, and evaluate personnel activities and environmental sanitation operations, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Requirements \- Environmental Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related degree (licensed and authorized) \- Courses in Biosafety and Sanitation, Training in Cleaning and Disinfection, Intermediate-level Computer Skills. \- Minimum of one (01\) year of experience in similar positions Salary: S/2\.500\.00 Responsibilities: 1\. Plan, direct, monitor, and evaluate the activities of personnel under your supervision. 2\. Assign responsibilities to supervisors, monitor their execution, and review reports submitted by them. 3\. Responsible for training, qualifying, and evaluating the theoretical and practical knowledge levels of supervisors and operators regarding correct performance of their duties. 4\. Supervise and monitor environmental sanitation activities (insect control, rodent control, fumigation, cleaning and disinfection of elevated tanks and water reservoirs) throughout all field operation processes. 5\. Comply with and enforce company policies, Internal Work Regulations, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Regulations. 6\. Supervise and manage that operational personnel are equipped with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to perform environmental sanitation tasks, in accordance with current legal regulations. 7\. Coordinate and manage with SSOMA, SIG Coordinator, and Operational Management to ensure personnel under your supervision receive training and possess knowledge of environmental sanitation and OSH procedures applicable to special works. 8\. Collaborate and participate in inspections, audits, and other monitoring mechanisms implemented to ensure effectiveness of risk control tools. 9\. Execute scheduling of insect control and well-cleaning activities. 10\. Coordinate procurement of inputs and materials required per client specifications. 11\. Ensure good storage practices for products used in cleaning, disinfection, insect control, and rodent control—preserving product integrity, quality, and safety, especially for controlled substances. 12\. Provide technical assistance for inspection, diagnosis, prescription, and formulation of chemical substances intended for environmental sanitation activities, as well as for proper implementation of applicable sanitary techniques in each case—aiming to prevent harm to human health and the environment. 13\. Prepare technical evaluation and activity description sheets, along with documentation certifying completed work. 14\. Prepare, when applicable, safety instruction pamphlets outlining measures users must adopt following insect control and rodent control treatments. 15\. Verify that protective measures are appropriate for the type of work performed. 16\. Manage meetings with clients for various coordination purposes. 17\. Monthly submission of Biometric (fingerprint) Reports. 18\. Preparation of technical sheets or checklists according to need and/or service requirements. 19\. Time measurement to improve efficiency of various service-related activities. 20\. Daily verification of input and material checklists completed by supervisors. 21\. Implementation of cleaning and disinfection programs in coordination with user departments. 22\. Monthly distribution of operators based on risk areas. 23\. Resolution of interpersonal conflicts and disputes among operators. 24\. Verification of well cleaning. 25\. Verification of facade cleaning and washing. 26\. Coordination with service heads for fumigation, disinfection, and rodent control procedures. 27\. Coordination with warehouse for timely material delivery. 28\. Support activities related to Occupational Safety and Health. 29\. Incident reports occurring within the unit. 30\. Supervision of landscaping work.
