Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Procurement and Supply Analyst to support procurement management, supplier follow-up, and timely supply of materials. Key Highlights: 1. Management of quotation requests and purchase orders We are looking for a Junior Procurement and Supply Analyst responsible for supporting procurement management, supplier follow-up, and timely supply of raw materials, packaging materials, and supplies required for our production operations. Requirements * Bachelor's degree, technical graduate, or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields. * Desired knowledge of BPM, food safety, and input management. * Minimum **1–2 years** of experience in procurement, supply, logistics, or supplier management. * Knowledge of procurement processes, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, filters, data analysis, and reporting). * ERP or management system experience preferred (SAP, Odoo, Starsoft, Softland, or others). Responsibilities: * Manage quotation requests and prepare supplier comparative analysis tables. * Generate and track purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, and supplies. * Coordinate with suppliers on delivery dates, commercial terms, and required documentation. * Monitor supply to prevent stockouts and production delays. * Maintain up-to-date supplier information, pricing, and purchasing terms. * Coordinate with Warehouse and Production departments for timely material receipt. Working Conditions: * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Work Modality: On-site. * Salary: S/ 1,800 to S/ 2,200 (based on experience and evaluation). * Formal employment under the MYPE regime.
