




Job Summary: We are seeking a service-oriented, responsible, and proactive Kitchen Assistant to prepare dishes, handle ingredient preparation, and maintain kitchen cleanliness. Key Points: 1. Experience in dish preparation and ingredient preparation 2. Responsible, proactive individual with a passion for gastronomy 3. Teamwork and friendly communication Assist in preparing menu items (breakfasts and lunches) Ensure appropriate quantities of ingredients required for the day Prepare sauces, side dishes, and beverages Receive, inspect, clean, and distribute goods Wash, peel, and cut vegetables Mix ingredients, manage supply, and support production Check stock levels of ingredients needed for service as required Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and storage area with guidance from the chef Other duties related to the position. Requirements: Six months of experience as a Kitchen Assistant Individual with a service orientation, responsible, proactive, quick-thinking, well-organized, articulate, friendly, and able to work effectively in a team; orderly, punctual, and passionate about gastronomy. Reside in areas adjacent to Comas Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break); Sundays and holidays off Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
