Integration into a proactive and responsible team A reputable waste management company is currently seeking a responsible and proactive **Loading Operator** to join its team. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Residency in areas adjacent to Ventanilla (Parque Porcino). * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. * Availability for 12-hour shifts and 6-hour shifts on Saturdays. **Responsibilities:** * Perform loading and unloading tasks while adhering to safety protocols. * Assist with the registration and validation of service-related documents. * Carry out other duties assigned by the operations department. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Bi-weekly salary payment. * Additional benefits: meals, transportation, and perfect attendance bonus. * Semi-annual bonuses of S/ 1,000\. * Continuous training and career path.
