At **Grupo Paletas Factory** and **Prime Andes**, we are looking for a **Logistics Coordinator** with a holistic view of operations. We are not looking for someone who only supervises a warehouse. We seek a professional capable of planning, organizing, controlling, and executing daily tasks across **Warehouse, Maintenance, and Dispatch**, ensuring all activities are completed on time, in order, and to high execution standards. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure smooth logistics operations through daily activity planning, team coordination, and continuous monitoring of the following processes: * Warehouse. * Maintenance. * Picking. * Dispatch. * Distribution. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **OPERATIONAL PLANNING** * Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work plans. * Coordinate operational priorities with various departments. * Track completion of scheduled activities. * Manage productivity indicators. **WAREHOUSE** * Supervise goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. * Monitor physical and digital inventories. * Organize picking and order preparation. * Optimize warehouse time and space utilization. * Ensure compliance with procedures. **MAINTENANCE** * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Coordinate maintenance of freezers, equipment, and infrastructure. * Manage vendors and technical service providers. * Track each request until resolution and closure. **DISPATCH AND DISTRIBUTION** * Plan daily routes and dispatches. * Coordinate vehicle departures. * Supervise delivery schedule adherence. * Resolve operational incidents. * Monitor loading and dispatch times. **MANAGEMENT CONTROL** * Prepare daily reports. * Analyze logistics KPIs. * Identify improvement opportunities. * Implement corrective actions. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum **3 years** of experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, or similar role. * **Proven experience in simultaneously planning and managing:** * Warehouse. * Maintenance. * Dispatch and distribution. * Experience leading operational staff. * Proficiency in logistics KPIs. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Preferred experience in mass-consumption, food, distribution, or logistics companies. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO IS** * Highly organized. * A strategic planner. * An operational leader. * Solution-oriented. * Results-driven. * Capable of working under pressure. * Strong at monitoring and follow-up. * Accustomed to working on the production floor and in active operations—not solely in an office setting. **WE OFFER** * SME payroll from day one. * Competitive remuneration based on experience. * Excellent work environment. * Clear career progression path. * Direct participation in the growth of a nationally present company.
