We are looking to welcome a proactive, organized, and growth-oriented **Logistics Assistant** to our team at our Villa El Salvador office. **What will be your mission?** Provide operational support for inventory control, goods receipt, storage, and dispatch, ensuring efficiency across the company’s supply chain processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, verify, and record raw materials and finished products. * Support daily order sorting (picking) and packaging (packing) as required. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records and participate in both cyclic and comprehensive warehouse stock counts. * Coordinate and assist in loading and unloading transport units. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper safety measures within the warehouse area. * Support issuance of waybills and data entry into the internal system (preferred). **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Completed secondary education or currently pursuing/unfinished technical studies in Industrial Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience in similar warehouse or logistics roles, or willingness to learn. * **Residence:** **Must reside in Villa El Salvador or adjacent areas of Southern Lima** (San Juan de Miraflores, Villa María del Triunfo, Lurín). * **Skills:** Strong sense of organization, responsibility, teamwork, and dynamism. * **Knowledge:** Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel/Google Sheets). **Benefits** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Pleasant work environment and job stability. * Career path opportunity within a continuously growing, sustainable company.
