Role: A Logistics Coordinator manages, supervises, and optimizes the flow of goods, services, and information from suppliers to the end customer. Their primary objective is to ensure products reach their destination on time, with the required quality, and at the lowest possible cost. Requirements: * 2–4 years of prior experience in logistics roles (e.g., logistics assistant, warehouse analyst, fleet manager, or procurement analyst). * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and TMS (Transport Management System). * Knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, local/international transportation regulations, and inventory management. * Languages: English proficiency (intermediate or advanced level) Benefits: * Base salary starting at 2500 soles * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law * Enrollment in the MYPE payroll system from day one * Profit-sharing participation Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
