Job Summary: GMI is seeking Master Winch Operators for mining operations, responsible for the installation and maintenance of infrastructure, equipment operation, and underground support work. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in installing pipelines and trolley systems in mines 2. Knowledge of drilling (Jackleg / Stoper) 3. MASTER WINCH OPERATORS – MINE Americana Mine (Former Casapalca) Huarochirí – Lima 14-days-on / 7-days-off schedule Main Responsibilities: ✔ Install water and compressed air pipelines underground ✔ Maintain rail tracks and operate locomotives ✔ Install rails and trolley systems ✔ Support auxiliary services in the mine ✔ Perform support work (timber, rock bolts, mesh, hydrabolt) ✔ Manage sedimentation ponds and perform cleaning Requirements: ✔ Completed secondary education ✔ 2 years of mining experience (pipefitter, ventilation technician, winch operator, trackman, or similar) ✔ Knowledge of drilling (Jackleg / Stoper) ✔ Experience in underground mine support ✔ Willingness to work at \+4000 m above sea level We Offer: ✅ 14-days-on / 7-days-off mining work schedule ✅ Full payroll \+ statutory benefits ✅ Job stability ✅ Transportation, meals, and accommodation provided ✅ Profit-sharing Send your documented CV \+ valid CUL to: 974203898 Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.30,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
