Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Warehouse Operator to perform receiving, order picking, housekeeping, cleaning, and inventory support tasks in an operational environment. Work environment that values organization and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receiving, verifying, and storing goods. * Picking and dispatching orders according to requirements. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse area. * Supporting physical inventory counts and stock control. * Manual handling of products and use of basic warehouse tools (hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, etc.). * Compliance with safety procedures and internal regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (mandatory) * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics (preferred). * Forklift operation not required. * Basic knowledge of inventory control. * Ability to perform moderate physical work. * Responsibility, organization, and punctuality. * Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and commitment. * Ability to follow instructions. * Positive attitude toward operational work. **Benefits:** * Weekly payments * All statutory benefits (bonus, vacation, profit sharing, and CTS) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
