Maintaining order and cleanliness in the assigned area **Job Description:** ALFEMESAC, a company specialized in recycling ferrous materials, is seeking to hire a committed and proactive **Plant Operator**, who will assist with the physical tasks of **loading, unloading, sorting, and conditioning** of materials at our plant located in Santa Anita. **Main Responsibilities:** * Load and unload goods within the plant. * Assist in collecting materials from supplier facilities. * Inspect the condition and quality of received materials. * Package and organize recyclable material into bags for sale. * Assist with separation and sorting for quality control areas. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned area. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in stacking, warehousing, loading/unloading, or similar roles. * Good physical condition and willingness to perform manual labor. * Prior experience in recycling, warehousing, or industrial plants is desirable. * Punctuality, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. **Work Location:** Santa Anita – Lima **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (8:00–17:45) and Saturday (8:00–12:15) **Join a team committed to environmental protection and responsible recycling!** **Apply now and become part of ALFEMESAC.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
