ORDER PREPARATION OPERATOR (KITTING)

Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual with experience in order preparation, technical warehouse operations, or assembly of metal structures. Job stability O&M SITEL, a company dedicated to the Telecommunications / Metallurgical-Mechanical sector, is looking for an **organized, responsible, and detail-oriented** individual with experience in order preparation, technical warehouse operations, or assembly of metal structures. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and verify orders and kits of structures and components for telecommunications. * Select, count, and classify materials according to bills of materials and requirements. * Assemble antenna supports, arms, masts, clamps, and other metal structures. * Prepare bolts, nuts, washers, hardware, and accessories. * Verify that orders are complete, properly identified, and ready for dispatch. * Support inventory management, material organization, and classification. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in warehouse, metallurgical-mechanical, order preparation, assembly, or related fields. * Technical training in **Production Mechanics, Metal Construction, Welding, Logistics, Telecommunications, or related fields** is desirable. * Ability to read measurements and use a tape measure; vernier caliper proficiency is desirable. * Knowledge of blueprints, bills of materials, and fasteners is desirable. * **Valid Class A-I driver's license (desirable).** We Especially Value: Experience in **telecommunications, metallurgical-mechanical work, fabrication or installation of structures, antenna installation, or industrial hardware**. It will be a differentiator to have performed **assembly of supports and structures for mobile telephone base stations**.
