Join a solid and growing company. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** Leading metal-mechanical industry company SAGAMA GROUP S.A.C. **Job Objective:** Manage and execute daily procurement for the industrial plant, ensuring timely supply of materials, supplies, tools, and services required for operational continuity, in compliance with established quality, cost, and timeline standards. **Compensation:** PEN 2,000 to PEN 2,500 per month, based on evaluation and experience. **Responsibilities:** * Manage daily procurement for industrial plant operations. * Request and evaluate supplier quotations. * Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules. * Track purchase orders and supply fulfillment. * Coordinate daily requirements with warehouse, production, and other departments. * Procure materials, hardware, PPE, tools, and industrial supplies. * Evaluate and qualify suppliers. * Prepare procurement reports and KPIs. * Control costs and optimize acquisition budgets. * Maintain up-to-date supplier records and documentation. **Accountabilities:** * Ensure timely supply to the industrial plant. * Optimize costs and timelines in procurement processes. * Maintain efficient relationships with suppliers. * Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. **Candidate Profile:** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of procurement experience in industrial plants or the metal-mechanical sector. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Strong negotiation and analytical skills. * Availability to work in Ate, Santa Clara. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Information analysis. * Problem solving. * Results orientation.
