Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor to manage plant operations, machinery control, personnel allocation, and process supervision, ensuring safety and quality in production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages operations and personnel at the food plant 2. Supervises machine control and process optimization 3. Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance Job Description: **Job Description** We are currently seeking a Supervisor who meets the following profile. **Responsibilities:** \-Follow procedures, processes, and other tasks assigned by the Plant Manager. \-Start up and control machinery. \-Regulate machinery and adjust parameters to optimize machine performance. \-Manage and organize personnel allocation by area according to the number of machines and assign daily production tasks. \-Supervise, record, and control raw material intake, as well as the intake of materials and packaging. \-Organize and store finished products in their designated storage locations. \-Supervise the transformation of raw materials. \-Promptly report incidents to the Plant Manager for necessary corrective actions. \-Inspect and verify machine and work area cleanliness. \-Ensure the safety of supervised personnel at all times. \-Record and report process closure at the end of each shift. \-Report shift occurrences to the oncoming supervisor and inform the Plant Manager. \-Report staff absences and tardiness to the Plant Manager. \-Report and record product shipments (dispatch). \-Comply with internal company policies, procedures, and control standards. **Requirements:** \-Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or related field. \-Minimum of 6 months’ experience or more in food industry companies. \-Leadership and conflict management skills. \-Basic knowledge of quality and food safety management (preferred). \-Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night (as required). \-Willingness to work in Puente Piedra. **Benefits:** Payroll enrollment from Day 1 Workplace: On-site employment
