Job Summary: We are seeking an underground miner with experience in ground support for polymetallic mineral extraction, performing activities under safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility standards. Continuous training *The MAXPALA Mining Unit* is an underground mining operation dedicated to the extraction of polymetallic minerals, primarily gold, silver, lead, and copper, conducting its activities under safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility standards. **Requirements:** ✅ Completed secondary education. ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in ground support using steel sets or mine carpentry. ✅ Knowledge of geomechanical chart interpretation (GSI/RMR). ✅ Experience assembling and installing steel sets, trusses, and support frames. ✅ Proficiency in operating pneumatic and manual tools. ✅ Knowledge of installing rock bolts and safety props. ✅ Availability to work under mining labor regime. **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Install ground support systems using steel sets, trusses, and timber structures. ✅ Assemble, square, and bolt structures according to the excavation design. ✅ Perform packing and wedging between the support structure and the rock mass. ✅ Cut and prepare timber elements as required by the excavation. ✅ Install rock bolts and safety props in hazardous zones. ✅ Conduct rock scaling before and during ground support activities. ✅ Timely request materials, tools, and accessories necessary for task execution. ✅ Strictly comply with Occupational Health and Safety procedures. **Benefits:** * 14x7 work schedule * Formal employment with all statutory benefits * Market-competitive remuneration * Transportation from Arequipa to the Mining Unit and return * Provided meals and accommodation * Professional development opportunity * Excellent work environment * Continuous training **Remuneration:** \- Salary: S/110 \- Bonus: S/200 * **Send documented CV \+ Adult Certificate to:** conectandotalentoscv@gmail.com * **Contact:** 928 321 306 Work Location: On-site employment
