Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Store Manager to supervise operations, staff, and customer service in a retail store. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in personnel supervision and problem resolution. 2. Supervise store operations, order, and presentation. 3. Assist with inventory control and customer service. **We are looking for a Store Manager!** **Requirements:** * Experience in retail stores, sales, or similar positions. * Experience managing and supervising staff. * Responsible, organized, proactive, and capable of problem solving. * Availability to perform operational tasks inherent to the store. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 9:50 p.m.** * **One rotating day off per week.** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise proper store operations and order. * Coordinate and assign staff activities during shifts. * Supervise customer service and support the sales team. * Verify incoming and outgoing merchandise. * Ensure products are correctly labeled, organized, and placed in their designated areas. * Inspect merchandise condition and report any incidents. * Assist with inventory control and identify shortages or discrepancies. * Supervise overall store cleanliness and presentation. * Perform cash reconciliation and report results to management. * Inform management of any incidents or situations requiring attention. * Assist with loading, unloading, and moving merchandise as needed. **We Offer:** * Employment with an importer of textiles and diverse products. * A positive work environment. * Biweekly and timely payments. * Job stability.
