Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical SCM Trainee to provide operational and tracking support for the spare parts import process, coordinating with suppliers and various departments to ensure business continuity. If you share our bold mindset of being best-in-class, we want you on board \#wewantyouIN. **Your Future Role** Provide operational and tracking support for the spare parts import process at Innomotics Peru, ensuring proper coordination with suppliers, subsidiaries, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, internal departments, and customers — all aimed at meeting delivery deadlines, maintaining visibility of each import’s status, and contributing to the business’s operational continuity. **Responsibilities** * Perform daily tracking of spare parts imports from purchase order issuance to final delivery. * Coordinate with local suppliers, international subsidiaries, and manufacturers regarding the preparation status, availability, and dispatch of spare parts. * Track estimated dispatch, shipment, arrival, customs clearance, and delivery dates. * Maintain an updated import report including status, dates, responsible parties, alerts, and next steps. * Promptly alert stakeholders about delays, documentary discrepancies, shipping issues, or risks that may impact spare parts delivery. * Coordinate with the COMEX department, freight forwarders, and customs brokers on required documentation for each import. * Support basic review and validation of shipping documents: commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill (AWB), bill of lading (BL), certificates, and others. * Track customs clearance, cargo release, local transportation, and delivery to warehouse or designated location. * Coordinate with the warehouse for physical receipt of imported spare parts. * Support coordination of shipments to customers, system integrators, projects, or internal departments. **Your Profile** * Final-year students (8th–10th semester) or recent graduates in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in similar roles (Desirable) * Basic knowledge of import processes, shipping documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders or customs brokers. (Desirable) * Advanced Excel / Power BI * Basic knowledge of international trade and imports * Familiarity with import documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, AWB, BL, certificates, transportation documents. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (written and spoken) **Are you ready to drive the future with us?
