Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Supervisor/Waitstaff Supervisor to lead front-of-house teams and ensure exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities Supervise and lead the waitstaff team during opening, operational hours, and closing shifts. Ensure courteous, prompt, and excellent customer service. Organize staff deployment by area and assign daily duties. Oversee accurate order taking, dispatch, and product delivery. Promptly resolve customer issues and complaints. Maintain continuous coordination with kitchen, bar, cashier, and administration. Verify compliance with presentation, hygiene, and service protocol standards. Train and motivate the team to enhance the customer experience. Monitor service times, productivity, and adherence to procedures. Supervise dining room order, cleanliness, and stock replenishment. Prepare incident and operational needs reports. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as Waitstaff Supervisor, Service Supervisor, or similar roles in cafés, restaurants, or bakeries. Experience leading work teams. Knowledge of customer service, service protocols, and complaint handling. Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. POS system proficiency (preferred). Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and results orientation. Competencies Leadership.
