Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible individual to ensure continuous supply of raw materials, packaging, and packaging materials, as well as precise inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages procurement and negotiations with suppliers. 2. Controls inventory and applies FIFO/LIFO. 3. Identifies causes of losses and ensures traceability. Prime Andes operations require continuous supply of raw materials, packaging, and packaging materials, as well as precise inventory control of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. Currently, this function lacks a single responsible person, resulting in reactive purchasing, untraceable losses, and risk of production stockouts. This document defines the position, validates its scope of control, and establishes the necessary cross-control mechanisms prior to its inclusion in the organizational chart. **FUNCTIONS:** **Procurement** * Quotations and negotiations with suppliers within the approved supplier portfolio. * Issuance of purchase orders according to production plan and defined minimum stock levels. * Escalation to Department Head/Management for any purchase exceeding budget limits, new suppliers, or significant price variations. * Monitoring of supplier delivery timelines and quality performance. **Warehouse** * Physical receipt and verification of raw materials, packaging, and packaging materials against delivery notes and invoices. * Inventory control of raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods, packaging, and packaging materials. * Maintenance of up-to-date stock cards per SKU/input (system or Excel). * Execution of periodic physical inventories and reporting of variances with supporting documentation. * Application of FIFO/LIFO and control of expiration dates for perishable inputs and products. * Reporting of losses with identified causes (cold chain breakage, expiration, damage, handling). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and/or procurement, preferably in food, fast-moving consumer goods, or industries handling perishables/frozen goods. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (stock control, stock cards). * Experience with any ERP or inventory management system is desirable (but not mandatory). * Organized and methodical profile, with basic negotiation ability and resilience to work under production pressure. * Willingness to perform physical work on the plant/warehouse floor, including cold areas. Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
