Job Summary: We are seeking personnel with experience in warehouse operations, production, loading/unloading, or delivery to work full-time on rotating shifts. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive social benefits and annual profit-sharing payments **Indefinite-term (permanent) direct employment contract with the company (not outsourced) and 100% social benefits (We are not an MYPE; we operate under the General Regime)** Base salary of 1,430 soles plus a bonus of up to 380 soles and personal transportation We cover 70% of meal costs for the first 6 months, increasing to 80% thereafter, at our exclusive cafeteria located at the Punta Hermosa BSF distribution center. Direct employment with the company—not outsourced, not campaign-based. Company operating under the General Regime, providing full bonuses (gratification), vacation pay, and Compensatory Time Savings (CTS), plus annual profit-sharing payments.
