We are looking for an organized, proactive individual capable of coordinating shipping operations, ensuring efficient order handling and timely deliveries to our customers. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Coordinate order handling with Logistics, representatives, and internal customers. * Supervise picking, packaging, shipping, and transportation. * Verify goods and documentation prior to shipment. * Coordinate routes and logistics operators for Lima and provincial areas. * Track orders until delivery. * Organize and lead operational staff. * Resolve incidents and ensure compliance with procedures. **What are we looking for?** * Technical or university studies in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution. * Experience in picking, packaging, shipping, and transportation coordination. * Experience leading operational staff. * Intermediate Excel skills and ERP system proficiency. **Competencies:** * Leadership * Organization * Effective communication * Proactivity * Problem solving * Working under pressure * Customer and results orientation. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing participation. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * A positive work environment within a collaborative and dynamic setting.
