Job Summary: Responsible for the physical operation of the warehouse, ensuring proper handling, recording, organization, and preparation of merchandise while working as a team to maintain optimal conditions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the physical warehouse operations and order preparation. 2. Collaborates with the team to ensure merchandise quality. 3. Conducts inventory control and product organization. **Directly responsible for physical warehouse operations, ensuring correct handling, recording, organization, and preparation of merchandise. Handles goods receipt (or other items), appropriate storage, accurate order preparation, and area cleanliness, closely coordinating with direct supervisors to guarantee merchandise reaches internal and external customers in optimal condition.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * \- Receiving products, verifying quality and quantity of received items. * \- Recording and organizing received products in inventory. * \- Preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging. * \- Supporting inventory control by conducting physical stock counts. * \- Ensuring appropriate storage compliant with hygiene and safety regulations. * \- Organizing the warehouse to facilitate product access when needed. * \- Monitoring expiration dates. **REQUIREMENTS:** * \- Organization and orderliness: Ability to maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, optimizing space usage. * \- Counting and recording skills: Accuracy in counting goods and recording data. * \- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members. * \- Communication skills: Clear and effective communication with team members and suppliers. * \- Basic office software knowledge – Excel and Word. **COMPENSATION AND CONDITIONS**: * \- Biweekly payment: 50% of base salary mid-month, remainder at month-end plus bonuses based on performance. * \- MYPE payroll regime. * \- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM; 9 hours including 1-hour break, totaling 48 effective working hours per week. **SALARY CONDITIONS** * Base salary: S/ 1,200 * Transportation allowance: S/ 104 Starting from the 4th month: * Punctuality bonus = S/ 120 * Perfect attendance bonus = S/ 120 * Good performance bonus = S/ 120 Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in warehouse operations? * Are you available to work in Chorrillos? * Do you agree with the salary of 1,200 soles \+ transportation allowance?
