Position Summary: Responsible for the efficient administration, control, and supply of warehouses, ensuring proper handling, order, and cleanliness of inventories to guarantee timely availability. Coordination of replenishments and handling departmental requests Ensure proper warehouse administration, control, and supply for the company, maintaining appropriate handling, order, cleanliness, and inventory control of sports materials, water, rehydration products, sportswear, and other items, thereby ensuring timely availability for various departments and operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer and control the warehouse for sports materials, water, rehydration products, sportswear, and other assigned supplies. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper physical organization of the warehouse. * Conduct and monitor periodic inventories, ensuring accuracy between physical and documented stock levels. * Issue and record material and supply intake and withdrawal vouchers. * Receive, inspect, and register sportswear delivered by suppliers and through agreements. * Promptly respond to requests from various departments. * Track and monitor the usage and distribution of sportswear. * Coordinate replenishments and alert on stock shortages or discrepancies. * Perform monthly collection of field supplies or other products. * Prepare basic inventory and movement reports and indicators. * Carry out other duties related to the position as assigned by management. **Academic Qualifications:** * Technical degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Preferred specialization or training courses in warehouse management and inventory control. **Required Experience:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor, responsible officer, or assistant. * Experience in inventory control and operational logistics. * Experience in issuing and managing warehouse intake and withdrawal documentation. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Valid driver’s license (A2A or A1). * Availability to travel and collect supplies. * Stock and documentation control. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning * High level of order and control * Attention to detail * Responsibility * Proactivity * Teamwork * Coordination ability * Honesty and reliability * Flexibility in working hours * Immediate availability Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
