Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Operator to ensure office facility hygiene and optimal condition, including general services support. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with external personnel for repairs Cleaning and Maintenance Operator Requirements: Completed secondary education. Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 PM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Av. Reducto, near 28 de Julio - Miraflores. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Cleaning all office facilities. \- Daily maintenance of areas to ensure environmental hygiene. \- Cleaning of furniture, equipment, and company-used items. \- Serving breakfast/lunch to management or as required. \- Purchasing cleaning supplies, snacks, and other items. \- Coordinating with external personnel for electrical, plumbing, or other malfunctions. Employment Type: Part-time Salary: S/.1200 to 1400 per month Employment Type: Permanent Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
