We are currently recruiting for the position of: **MAINTENANCE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Plumbing Technician / Tiler / Drywall Installer / General Construction Worker * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a maintenance operator. * Knowledge of plumbing, surface tiling, drywall systems, melamine, and general construction. * Availability to work on-site in Santa Anita (preference given to candidates residing in nearby districts). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Full installation of water and/or drainage systems. * Repair of damaged pipes. * Resolution of sewerage issues. * Detection of pipe leaks. * Tiling of designated areas. * Installation of drywall systems. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/. 2000 * Santa Anita location: staff may be assigned to other locations as needed. * Working hours: Mon–Fri (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) / Sat (8:00 AM–1:00 PM). * Lunch provided when working at the site (Santa Anita – Higuereta Clinic or Pachacamac).
