Key Responsibilities: * Meet monthly new loan disbursement targets according to your assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master). * Strictly manage monthly loan renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our clients. * Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where you provide services. * Recover loans while maintaining portfolio quality, ensuring less than 3\.0 % PAR \>30 days, per the month-end portfolio report. * Follow credit-stage protocols at each phase of the loan cycle. * Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, fortnightly, or monthly). * Ensure client retention within VFM by delivering high-quality service. * Immediately follow up on delinquency from day one of arrears, ensuring timely group-reference payment at institutions designated by the company. * Adhere to fraud-related policies and procedures established by the institution for each client. * Fulfill the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact goals. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities held in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
