Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage new and renewal loans, ensure policy compliance, recover loans, and retain customers. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities: * Meet monthly new loan disbursement targets according to your assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master). * Maintain strict control over renewals for the current month as part of delivering excellent service to our customers. * Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where you provide services. * Recover loans while ensuring portfolio quality, maintaining less than 3\.0% PAR \>30 days according to the end-of-month portfolio report. * Follow up on protocols defined for each stage of the loan cycle. * Conduct group visits punctually according to the repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, fortnightly, or monthly). * Ensure customer retention within VFM by delivering high-quality service. * Immediately follow up on delinquency starting from the first day of delay, ensuring payment to the group reference at institutions designated by the company. * Adhere to fraud-related policies and procedures established by the institution for each of its customers. * Fulfill the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact objectives. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities held in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
