Availability to work **rotating shifts** in San Isidro (and possible support at our locations in Miraflores, San Borja, and Surco). Preparing dishes correctly according to standardized recipes. 2\. Preparing dressings and ingredients, among other production tasks. 3\. Assisting with order reception, ensuring proper stock rotation and correct storage. 4\. Executing Mise & Place for the area, monitoring and ensuring product quality and established standards. 5\. Immediately notifying the head chef if ingredients are missing or need to be discarded. 6\. Cleaning and organizing the work area before, during, and after service. 7\. Maintaining the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in good condition through proper cleaning. 8\. Supporting the preservation of raw materials and finished products in accordance with established standards. 9\. Understanding and correctly completing required forms and production records.
