Preparing dishes correctly following standardized recipes. 2\. Preparing dressings and ingredients, among other productions. 3\. Assisting in order reception while ensuring proper rotation and storage. 4\. Executing Mise & Place for the area, controlling and ensuring product and pair quality as established. 5\. Immediately informing the head chef if ingredients are missing or need to be discarded. 6\. Cleaning and organizing the area before, during, and after service. 7\. Maintaining the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in good condition through appropriate cleaning. 8\. Collaborating in preserving raw materials and finished products according to established standards. 9\. Understanding correct handling and completion of forms and production records.
