Job Summary At EXE, we are looking for a creative and passionate Community Manager and Content Manager who generates strategic social media content. You will be the content creator connecting brands with their consumers, developing fresh ideas, scripts, and innovative content proposals. Main Responsibilities Create the content matrix (creativity, copywriting, and visual proposal). Develop ideas and scripts for reels and TikTok. Manage brand presence on social media (Instagram, TikTok, others). Monitor digital trends and social culture (memes, challenges, current events). Coordinate with creative, design, and audiovisual teams. Prepare and analyze quantitative and qualitative reports. Write articles. Requirements Education: Graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles (preference for digital agencies). Technical Knowledge: Community Management. Creativity courses (recommended). Social media management and analytics tools. Excel and PowerPoint. Soft Skills: High creativity and innovation.
