Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Advisor for our custom gift company, responsible for communication, closing sales, and resolving issues. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and sales via telephone and chat. 2. Order and production coordination. 3. Administrative task support. Responsibilities: - Customer service via telephone and chat. - Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services. - Close sales. - Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise, demonstrating efficient problem-solving skills. - Take orders. - Coordinate with delivery companies. - Coordinate with the production department. - Support administrative tasks. Working Hours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 08:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m. SATURDAYS, 8:00 a.m. – 01:30 p.m. Requirements: - Call center sales experience (minimum 6 months). - Customer service experience (minimum 6 months). - Experience working with delivery companies (preferred). - Experience using CRM tools. - Minimum education: Technical degree. - Good typing speed and writing skills. - Employment certificates showing at least 6 months of customer service experience. - Verbal fluency, customer-oriented attitude, problem-solving ability, and empathy.
