Job Summary: We are seeking a service-oriented professional with experience in hotel sales to join our 5-star resort in the Peruvian rainforest and deliver an unforgettable experience to guests. If you are passionate about service and meet the requirements outlined in our job posting, we invite you to join us and become part of the \#BellaTerraExperience. **PROFILE:** * Technical or university degree in Hospitality and/or Tourism. * Minimum required experience: 2 years in this position or related to the Sales Department. * Immediate availability to work as a **resident in TARAPOTO.** * Good physical and mental health (Mandatory) **KNOWLEDGE:** * Handle all accommodation reservations received by the hotel. * Familiarity with hotel management systems such as Shiol (desirable), Infohotel, New Hotel, etc. * Proficiency in digital reservation platforms — OTAs, Booking, Expedia, company website, among others. * Intermediate level of English (spoken and written). * Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Knowledge of GDS (Site Minder — desirable) (Amadeus) * Knowledge of strategies to promote and capture hotel reservations. * Knowledge of CRM. * Verify room availability in the hotel system and confirm available inventory. * Update reservation cancellations in the system and send reports to relevant departments. * Process cancellations and modifications and promptly relay this information to Reception. * Stay updated on sales status, rates, activities, and benefits of all hotel package plans. * Manage customer complaints, inquiries, and other requests before or after online bookings. * Responsible for achieving sales targets. * Identify new sales opportunities (acquiring new customers and fostering loyalty) **SKILLS:** * Emotional stability * Strong communication skills * Leadership * Discipline * Empathy toward internal and external customers * Ability to work effectively in a team * Resilience under pressure and goal achievement * Proactive and dynamic * Capacity to continuously propose improvements * Capacity to propose sales ideas and improvements **FUNCTIONS:** * Capture, receive, and manage reservation requests, cancellations, and modifications across various market segments. * Respond directly to final customers’ accommodation availability inquiries, as well as those received via digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, company website, etc.) * Maintain an up-to-date reservation database using CRM * Enter corresponding deposits to secure reservation requests * Sell rooms and additional hotel services. * Maintain close coordination with the Sales Department to ensure rate maintenance, promotions, and market segmentation. * Maintain close coordination with the Sales Department to ensure rate maintenance, promotions, and market segmentation * Develop the customer portfolio. * Expand the Sales Department. * Customer service orientation and communication. * Perform other related or complementary duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Work at a 5-star resort * Salary: S/1500.00 * Incentive based on the **monthly sales target.** * Excellent working environment * Formal payroll registration from day one, per **MYPE labor regulations (https://www.sunat.gob.pe/orientacion/mypes/regimenLaboral.html)** * Participation in company **profit-sharing.** * Career path. * Opportunity for professional growth and development * Positive work environment * Ongoing training. * We provide all necessary tools for you to learn our brand, gain further experience, and grow professionally.
