Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Mining Engineer for the Safety Department to provide support in supervising and verifying compliance with safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in field safety activity supervision 2. Verification of compliance with safety procedures and standards 3. Participation in safety inspections and training **Location:** Vilcabamba, Abancay – Apurímac We are currently recruiting a **Junior Mining Engineer** to join the **Safety Department** for a mining campaign. Employment Modality * Campaign-based employment (not under formal labor regime). * Approximate campaign duration: **1.5 months**. * Immediate start. Compensation and Benefits * **Salary:** **S/ 2,500 to S/ 3,000 per month**, depending on experience and profile assessment. * Meals and accommodation provided during the campaign. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Mining Engineering. * Preferred experience or knowledge in Mining Safety and SSOMA. * Availability to work in Vilcabamba, Abancay. * Immediate availability. Responsibilities * Provide support in supervising field safety activities. * Verify compliance with safety procedures and standards. * Participate in inspections, training sessions, and incident investigations. * Support hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of preventive measures. * Prepare reports and documentation related to safety management. * Comply with and promote the company’s safety policies and procedures.
