A gastronomic institution located in Huancayo is looking for a **Junior Graphic / Advertising Designer** with creativity, organization, speed, and proficiency in design tools to support the creation of commercial and institutional graphic materials. We seek a responsible, proactive individual with strong visual judgment, capable of designing content for social media, campaigns, promotions, events, activations, and institutional advertising materials. This position is ideal for a young, creative individual eager to learn and grow professionally—someone who can work from briefs, meet deadlines, and improve designs based on feedback. Main Responsibilities: * Design graphic materials for social media: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. * Create posts, stories, flyers, banners, posters, cover images, thumbnails, and promotional materials. * Design materials for enrollment campaigns, courses, workshops, demo classes, events, and promotions. * Adapt designs to various digital and print formats. * Perform basic photo retouching of dishes, students, instructors, facilities, and institutional activities. * Support the design of materials for activations, fairs, visits, external events, and campaigns. * Maintain an organized and consistent visual identity aligned with the Cooking Gourmet brand. * Coordinate with the marketing team to develop materials according to campaign priorities. * Organize editable files, images, templates, and graphic resources. * Implement design corrections and adjustments within requested timeframes. * Support simple WhatsApp materials, statuses, stories, and internal communications. * Provide basic video or Reels editing support when needed, depending on skill level. Requirements: * Basic or intermediate experience in graphic design, advertising, visual communication, or content creation. * Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop**. * Proficiency in **Canva**. * Knowledge of social media formats. * Ability to design attractive and well-organized commercial materials. * Strong visual judgment regarding composition, color, typography, and information layout. * Speed in adapting materials to different formats. * Availability for on-site work in Huancayo. * Desired: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. * Desired: Proficiency in CapCut or another basic video editing tool. * Desired: Experience designing for social media, restaurants, gastronomy, education, institutes, academies, or service industries.
