BLESOLA IMPORT EXPORT SAC, a company in the steel industry with over 24 years in the market and major clients in the mining, oil & gas, fishing, metal-mechanical, construction, general industry sectors, and government contracts, is looking for a "Junior Marketing Analyst" who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, commercial management, or customer service. * Proficiency in database management and digital tools (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Canva Pro, among others). * Proficiency in office productivity tools. * Knowledge of digital marketing and content management (Mandatory). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comprehensively manage the company’s digital presence, including social media posts, corporate communications, and brand positioning. * Develop and execute monthly and annual marketing plans aligned with the organization’s commercial and strategic objectives. * Design, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns targeting lead generation and brand strengthening via platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or others. * Design and develop commercial and corporate materials (brochures, catalogs, technical datasheets, flyers, graphic and audiovisual assets), ensuring visual and narrative consistency. * Manage and administer leads and prospects from digital channels (website, social media, email, and phone), conducting follow-up and coordinating with the Commercial Department for handling and closing. * Prepare monthly reports with key performance indicators (KPIs), analysis of digital metrics, demand generation, and commercial results, proposing data-driven improvements. * Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to propose strategies for continuous improvement. * Administer and maintain an updated customer and prospect database, ensuring accurate segmentation. * Use digital tools and Artificial Intelligence to optimize processes, content generation, and departmental productivity. * Coordinate joint campaigns and initiatives with the Commercial Department to track opportunities and strengthen client relationships. * Effective communication, excellent writing and spelling skills (persuasive copywriting). * Support planning and execution of internal and external corporate events as required. * Maintain updated formats, templates, and documents used by the department. * Manage procurement of goods and services necessary for departmental activities. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor and/or General Management. **SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:** * Leadership and proactivity. * Adaptability to change, creativity, and originality. * Resilience, flexibility, and agility. * Autonomy and accountability. * Organizational and follow-up capability. * Results orientation and goal achievement. **EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration and statutory social benefits. * Professional development opportunities. * Employment type: Full-time. * Availability: Immediate. * Work location: Chorrillos.
