A reputable company specializing in marking, coding, and labeling solutions for the industry *s* is looking for a Junior Technical Support Technician. \***Requirements:**\* * Minimum 6 months of technical support experience; industrial sector experience preferred. * Knowledge of electronic equipment repair. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. * Availability to work full-time in Cercado de Lima. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM, and 2 Saturdays per month, 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM. * Residence in areas near Cercado de Lima (preferred). * Immediate and full availability. \***Responsibilities:**\* * Diagnose equipment failures after sale. * Repair faulty equipment to ensure high-quality post-sales customer service. * Perform equipment maintenance through cleaning, lubrication, and oiling of various components to ensure proper equipment operation. * Create video tutorials by recording and explaining equipment functionality to provide product demonstrations to customers. \***Benefits:**\* * Formal employment under the General Regime + all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive salary. * Positive work environment.
