Summary: Lead a team of Salesforce developers, owning technical design and build for Life Sciences Cloud and Health Cloud, ensuring high-quality configuration and customization. Highlights: 1. Drive CI/CD using Copado, Gearset, or SFDX **Position Summary** -------------------- Lead a pod of Salesforce developers in India to deliver high\-quality configuration and customization on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Health Cloud. Own the technical design and build of LS Cloud modules, enforce coding and configuration standards, and serve as the primary technical interface between the onshore Solution Architect and the offshore build team. **Job Responsibilities** ------------------------ - Translate solution architecture into detailed technical designs for LS Cloud / Health Cloud configuration and custom development - Lead and mentor a pod of 3–5 Salesforce developers; review code and declarative configuration - Own sprint\-level build delivery: task breakdown, estimation, daily oversight, demo readiness - Configure LS Cloud / Health Cloud objects (HCP, HCO, Affiliation, Care Program), record types, page layouts, security, and sharing - Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Platform Events - Implement LS Cloud features: HCP engagement, call planning, approved email, MedComms workflows, Agentforce agent build - Coordinate with integration, data, and test workstreams on dependencies - Ensure build adheres to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and validation requirements - Drive CI/CD using Copado, Gearset, or SFDX with a Git\-based source of truth **Education** ------------- Bachelor of Engineering Master of Computer Application in Information Technology or Computer**Work Experience** ------------------- 0\-5 years of relevant experience in a large/midsize IT services/Consulting/Analytics Company Business Operation \& Technology **Behavioural Competencies** ---------------------------- Teamwork \& Leadership Motivation to Learn and Grow Ownership Cultural Fit**Technical Competencies** -------------------------- Problem Solving Lifescience Knowledge Communication Capability Building / Thought Leadership**Skills** ----------
