Evaluate and recommend adoption of new Salesforce technologies Semada Tech, specialists in IT solutions for various industries, is looking for a Salesforce Technical Leader to join a major operation within one of the country’s most important companies. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and mentor Salesforce developer teams. * Define technical architecture and propose solutions aligned with business requirements. * Supervise adherence to development best practices, security, and quality standards. * Evaluate and recommend adoption of new technologies and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. * Identify talent, participate in hiring processes, and define career development and training plans. * Participate in CI/CD management and optimization of the development lifecycle. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex concepts into understandable terms. * Propose improvements to development workflows and internal processes. **Requirements:** * Experience leading Salesforce development teams. * Proficiency and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC). * Advanced experience in backend development (Apex, Batches, asynchronous processes) and frontend development (LWC). * Solid experience in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns). * In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing model. * Desired: Knowledge of Omnistudio and Agentforce. * Desired certifications: Platform Developer I and II, App Builder, Sharing & Visibility Architect. * Experience and/or knowledge of CI/CD applied to Salesforce. * Desired: Familiarity with complementary tools (Git, SFDX, AI). * Salesforce solution architecture and design. * Backend: Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Classes), Batches, asynchronous processes. * Frontend: Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns. * Security: Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD. * Design patterns and development best practices. * Evaluation and adoption of new Salesforce technologies. * Development tools: VS Code, Salesforce Extensions, Git, SFDX. * CI/CD and deployment automation. * AI tools and complementary plugins. * Agile and traditional methodologies depending on project context. **Benefits:** * Hybrid work model. * Full payroll benefits. * Growth opportunities. * Positive work environment.
