Job Summary At EXE, we are looking for a Digital Planner / Digital Analyst / Digital Trafficker passionate about digital campaign implementation. You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), as well as analyzing and presenting results to clients. Key Responsibilities Implement and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Monitor performance, conduct A/B testing, and propose improvements. Manage advertising budgets and investment control. Configure conversion tracking and pixels. Prepare reports in Looker Studio and present them to clients. Ensure proper execution of digital strategies. Requirements Education: Graduate in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Systems, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles. Technical Knowledge: Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads. Digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Semrush, etc.). Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Soft Skills: Effective oral and written communication. Analytical ability and strategic thinking. Teamwork, proactivity, and results orientation.
