Job Summary: We are seeking an E-commerce Analyst to manage product listings, improve user experience, track abandoned carts, and analyze metrics in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages product listings, user experience, and abandoned carts. 2. Analyzes metrics and supports digital marketing campaigns. 3. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an **E\-commerce Analyst**. **REQUIREMENTS:** · University graduate, technical professional, or student in fields such as Marketing, Communications, Administration, Business, or related disciplines. · Preferably from companies in Retail or technology sales, with no less than 2 years of experience performing duties similar to this position. · Knowledge of e\-commerce platforms. · Digital customer service, digital marketing, or related experience. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Product listing management: ongoing review and updating of products (images, descriptions, prices, stock levels, variants). · User experience (UX): ensuring clear and user-friendly navigation; identifying potential areas for improvement. · Abandoned cart tracking: analyzing customer behavior and executing actions to recover lost sales. · Online customer service: responding to simple inquiries, escalating complex ones, and maintaining smooth communication. · Metrics review and analysis: monitoring sales, website behavior, and most searched/sold products. · Campaign support: assisting in implementing promotions, discount campaigns, product launches, etc. · Operational control: collaborating with sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure the entire sales process functions smoothly. **SOFT SKILLS:** · Assertive communication · Proactivity · Attention to detail · Customer orientation · Commitment and accountability · Organization · Teamwork · Assertive communication · Learning and innovation **BENEFITS:** · Positive work environment · Performance-based bonuses · Training opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
