




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical and analytical professional with high autonomy to manage organic positioning, performance campaigns, advanced analytics, and technical optimization. Advanced analytics and technical optimization At MSF Creative, we seek a technical and analytical professional with high autonomy to manage organic positioning, performance campaigns, advanced analytics, and technical optimization for our clients. A 360° role with direct exposure to client accounts and cutting-edge technologies such as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI Search, based at our Surco office with hybrid work arrangements. Requirements: ● Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Engineering, or related fields. ● Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, campaigns, or e-commerce. ● Proficiency with advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. ● Analytics and SEO: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog. ● Technology: Knowledge of Technical SEO, GEO/AI Search, basic HTML, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). ● Availability for hybrid work in Surco (near Benavides Bridge), Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 11 AM. Desirable: ● Multi-account experience in lead generation and e-commerce. ● Proficiency with Looker Studio for reporting. ● Familiarity with CRO, UX, and sales automation. ● Valid certifications (Google, Meta, etc.). Responsibilities: ● Technical SEO, GEO & AI Search: Indexing audits (Search Console), on-page optimization, and semantic architecture. Implementation of strategies for visibility in conversational and AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews). ● Paid Media (Digital Campaigns): Creation, optimization, and budget control of lead- and conversion-focused campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. ● Digital Analytics & Tracking: Advanced GA4 and GTM configuration, pixel and conversion setup. Resolution of attribution issues and creation of performance dashboards. ● CRO & Technical E-commerce: Identification of funnel friction points, landing page optimization, and direct coordination with web development teams for proper technical integration of payment gateways, forms, and UX.
