Opportunities for continuous training and growth **Frontend Developer – Enterprise Web Solutions** You will be responsible for developing web interfaces used by internal and external clients. Your mission: to create visual experiences that are intuitive, accessible, responsive, and reliable. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement reusable components with clear architecture * Build user interfaces that prioritize usability and professional aesthetics * Integrate frontends with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time services * Optimize performance: load time, bundle size, efficient rendering * Write maintainable, well-tested, and documented code * Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements * Implement robust validations, error handling, and visual feedback * Ensure accessibility and compliance with modern web standards * Participate in code reviews and continuous frontend improvement What We’re Looking For Technical Competencies * Deep expertise in **React, Angular, or Vue**, with experience in modern components * **TypeScript**: Strong typing and clean code architecture * State management: Redux, Vuex, Context API, or alternatives * HTML5, modern CSS3: Grid, Flexbox, CSS variables, responsive design * Browser APIs: fetch, XMLHttpRequest, WebSockets * Testing: Jest, Vitest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools * Git and collaborative workflows * Tools: Webpack, Vite, or modern bundlers Soft Skills * Passion for creating sober, high-visual-quality interfaces * Attention to detail in design and user experience * Ability to communicate ideas and receive constructive feedback * Autonomy to solve problems without constant supervision * Analytical mindset oriented toward metrics Nice-to-Have (Highly Valued) * Experience with B2B platforms or high-traffic applications * Knowledge of Design Systems and component libraries * Sensitivity to web accessibility (WCAG 2.1) * Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) * Public portfolio showcasing personal work What We Offer * Permanent employment contract with full labor benefits * Real-world projects with impact for corporate clients * High-caliber technical team to learn from and grow with * Freedom to propose architectural and UX improvements * Continuous training and specialization opportunities * Work flexibility: remote, hybrid, or office-based * Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards Salary: S/.36,000.00 \- S/.40,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid in San Isidro, Lima
