Support in performance analysis and social media management **Who Are We Looking For?** Ozono VM, a technology company focused on healthcare, is seeking a versatile Junior Graphic Designer for the Marketing department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design visual assets and content for various digital channels—including websites, social media, and email campaigns—in multiple formats: posts, videos, infographics, giveaways, etc. * Create creative content tailored to each social media platform according to different projects and activities. * Support the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of performance results across various digital platforms. * Assist in developing the content calendar and schedule for the organization’s social media accounts across all platforms. * Respond to, interact with, and assist online customers; foster user engagement and community growth. * Design catalogs, technical specification sheets, and product samples for both new and existing products. **Requirements:** · Intermediate/advanced proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign). · Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the role. · Knowledge of photography and video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) (Mandatory) · Proficiency in CapCut · Camera operation (Sony) · Knowledge of UI and UX · Proficiency in photographic creation, editing, and retouching software, as well as video and animation creation tools. · Knowledge of Community Management or related functions · Office software proficiency · Excellent writing and spelling skills · Goal-oriented and focused on achieving assigned targets **Key Candidate Qualities:** · Self-motivation and initiative. · Punctuality. · A positive, empathetic individual capable of working effectively in a team. · Proactivity. · Observant, meticulous, detail-oriented, and professional. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Bonuses \+ incentives Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month
